Since our founding in 1978, we have built more than four decades of experience in the control panel industry, supporting numerous projects in control panel design and manufacturing, including consulting engagements. From our headquarters and manufacturing facility in Japan, we provide comprehensive support—from consulting on North American codes and standards for control panels and production equipment across entire facilities to control panel design and manufacturing.

MIKASA US was established to bring these capabilities closer to customers in North America and deliver control panel solutions tailored to the needs of the region. Working closely with our headquarters and manufacturing team in Japan, our dedicated US-based representatives provide responsive support for Japanese companies expanding into North America and the equipment manufacturers and engineering firms involved in their projects.

We have been a UL 508A Panel Shop since 2015. This means that we participate in UL’s program specifically for industrial control panels.
At our own manufacturing facility, we can complete the design and fabrication of control panels in accordance with UL 508A requirements, apply the appropriate UL certification label, and ship the finished panels directly to our customers.
